Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You can return your item for store credit or a replacement product.

Sizing Issues

Unless otherwise stated, we normally use Gildan unisex shirts to fulfill orders. Our shirts are mostly true-to-size based on standard U.S. sizing. We strongly encourage customers to refer to our size chart before placing an order.

**Please note:** If an incorrect size is selected by the customer, the sale is considered final and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. We do not accept returns due to sizing issues that result from customer error.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch via the Contact page, if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Custom Design Fee

There will be a non-refundable design fee of $15 - 20 depending on the amount of detail in the design deducted from all refunds.

Unused Merchandise Return

If merchandise and supplies were purchased for your order prior to you canceling the order, the total cost of the merchandise will be non-refundable.
