Shipping policy

All orders are created after order submission. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. Orders are usually shipped within 4 business days after processing. Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. 

PLEASE NOTE: Custom items can take longer for processing. Shipping time may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. **Also, 4D Custom Designs is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.
